All orders for personalized items from your photographs currently have a completion period of fifteen working days from the date of the order.
How long does it take to create and produce an illustration?
For the realization of custom illustrations, it takes fifteen working days to one month or more from the first validation of the model (sketch). The deadlines vary according to the number of orders in progress and their composition (number of people, with decor, etc.). If you have any doubts about the due date, do not hesitate to contact me via the contact form .
All orders are processed within 5 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Will I be able to see the artwork before sending or printing?
For the realization of custom illustrations, I send you the model (sketch) for validation before sending you by e-mail or by mail, the final illustration.
How can I order?
To order you must go to the Shop page of www.margoulette.fr. You choose the items and select the options you like. You add these items to the basket which you can consult, complete or modify at any time.
The contents of the basket will be definitively assigned to you after you have validated your basket and your delivery address, subject to the availability of the items. Double check and make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
I can't add items to my cart
You will be able to add the articles as long as they are available. Drawing these illustrations by hand myself, if the item is no longer on the Shop page or if it is out of stock, it means that the number of orders in progress is sufficient. My priority is to guarantee you reasonable deadlines for the realization and delivery of your personalized portrait.
I would like several copies for the same printed Portrait illustration, what should I do?
When sending photos by e-mail, you can specify the number of copies you want and I will send you a detailed quote for these additional prints.
How can I pay for my orders?
www.margoulette.fr accepts payments via Stripe and major cards such as Mastercard, VISA.
Can I modify and cancel my order?
It is advisable to check your order before placing it. A cancellation of the order can be requested within 48 hours after purchase via the contact form . Beyond this period, all orders are firm, final and cannot be canceled.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
No worries, I will confirm the acceptance of your order to the e-mail address that you have communicated to me. Please feel free to check the status of your order in your order history on the My Account page.
How many people can be illustrated at most?

What type of photos should I send?
To be sure to send your best photos, you can find out more via the Photography tutorial article.
I accept almost all possible formats of photos (.png, .jpeg, .bmp, .raw, .tiff).
How should I send them to you?
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you can send them to me by e-mail, remembering to mention your order number in the subject line at hello (at) margoulette.fr.
What quality of photo will you need to illustrate?
If your photographs have too many pixels or are too blurry, they will not be usable. You will find examples on Photographic tutorial .
What is the delivery time of my order?
As an indication, the delivery time by Letter Followed indicated on the site of La Poste is 48 hours from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. For Europe, the delay is 3 days to the main European cities (still indicative). www.margoulette.fr cannot be held responsible for delays linked to La Poste (such as loss of the package, strikes, etc.).

The items are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form, the customer must ensure its accuracy.
In all cases, the delivery time does not begin until the amount of the order has been cashed by us as well as the validation of the final model and depends on delivery by La Poste.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number. If you have created an account and the order was placed from this account, you can follow it in the My Account area.

What are the shipping fees?

I need to change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
If you have not received the dispatch notification email for your order, you can still do so by contacting me via the contact form or by email at hello (at) margoulette.fr. Don't forget to tell me the number of your order.
If you've already received the shipping notification email, I won't be able to redirect the already shipped order.
I made a mistake and bought a portrait in the wrong size or color, what's going on?
As long as the error is not due to a bad printing or a bad colorimetry, there will be no exchange for the personalized portraits.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
If you have not received your order after 8 working days following the dispatch notice, contact me via the contact form or by e-mail at hello (at) margoulette.fr. Don't forget to tell me the number of your order.
